This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes how Shop-a-Luxe.com (the "Website"), operated by Apogee Trading FZE LLC, ("we," "us," or "our") handles shipping and delivery of products purchased through our online store on the Shopify platform ("Store"). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Store.

 

1.  Processing Time:
1.1 Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification and approval. We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days after order verification.
1.2 Order Fulfillment: Once your order has been verified and approved, we will promptly fulfill it. The fulfillment time may vary based on product availability.
2.  Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates:
2.1 Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within the United Arab Emirates. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
2.2 International Shipping:  We also offer international shipping to most countries. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that international orders (outside the UAE) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3.  Shipping Costs:
3.1 Domestic Shipping:  Free shipping in all domestic orders.
3.2 International Shipping: 

Option 1: Free shipping in all international orders with insurance.

Option: Customer preferred shipping, where the customer will ship using its preferred courier, with or without insurance; however, Shop-a-Luxe will not be liable and responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel.

* Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

4.  Order Tracking: 4.1 Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective carrier's website or through our Store.
5.  Delivery Issues:
5.1 Delivery Address: We only deliver to the addresses registered on your Account Information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
5.2 Delivery Delays:  While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
6.  Order Cancellation and Modifications:
6.1 Cancellation:  If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6.2 Modifications: If you need to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address, please contact our customer support team promptly. We will do our best to assist you. However, modifications may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
