Returns and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for products purchased from www.shop-a-luxe.com (the "Website"), Instagram account @shop.a.luxe, and Whatsapp Shopping Concierge, all owned by Apogee Trading FZE-LLC, ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through the Website, Instagram and Whatsapp, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

  1. Returns Eligibility

a. We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • In the unlikely event that the item received is proven "inauthentic" by at least 2 reputable authenticators, the return conditions are:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
    • The item must not be on "SALE", or a non-returnable item (condition Brand New products).
    • The item must not have been replaced with a similar looking item.
  1. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@shop-a-luxe.com. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

b. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

  1. Inspection and Refunds

a. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the item is approved for a return, we will process the refund.

b. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

c. The refund amount will exclude any discounts, promotional offers, or coupons used at the time of purchase.

d. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and to be reflected in your account. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

a. We currently do not offer exchanges. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Our listings are pre-loved items. The condition of each items are in the product description. The damages and defects are as described and are as seen on photos. Please manage your expectations. Should you have other clarifications, and queries about the item/s you wish to purchase, you may contact us at sales@shop-a-luxe.com prior to purchasing. All purchases are final.
