Q1 - Are your products authentic?

  • Absolutely! We take pride in offering only 100% authentic items. Each product goes through a rigorous authenticity process to ensure our customers receive genuine products.

Q2 - Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide using reliable courier services such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS. Best of all, our prices include free shipping.
  • We may consider Customer Preferred shipping, where the customers pay for their preferred courier service - with or without insurance; however, Shop-a-Luxe will not be liable or responsible for any loss/ damage of the parcel.

Q3 - Are there any exclusions or additional costs to the price?

  • For customers outside the UAE, any import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q4 - When will my orders be dispatched?

  • Your orders will be dispatched within 7-10 business days from the confirmation of payment. We strive to process and ship your items as quickly as possible.

Q5 - How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number from our courier. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Q6 - What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns if the item you received is proven to be inauthentic by reliable authenticators such as Bababebi, Zeko Authentication, LV Bagaholic or Legitgrals or if it does not match the description provided on our listing page. Once we receive the item back, we will process a refund promptly.

Q7 - What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, Paypal +5% processing fee, and wire for your convenience.

Q8 - Do you offer payment plans?

  • Yes, we offer payment plans for our valued customers. For GCC customers, you can take advantage of the "Buy Now Pay Later" option through Tabby. For other regions, PayPal Pay Later is available (please check your PayPal accounts).

Q9 - Are all your listings currently in stock?

  • We strive to keep our listings up to date, but please note that some of our items may also be available on other e-commerce platforms. In the rare event that you are in the process of purchasing an item, but a sale from another platform was initiated prior to your purchase, we may have to cancel your transaction and you will be refunded immediately. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us before finalizing your purchase.
